Rick Sloup, Interim CEO

Rick resides in Sioux Falls, SD, and joined our team in 2021 with a background in overseeing public bid projects, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements and project specifications. He has significant knowledge in construction loans and internal control monitoring due to his previous role as well as accounting, budgeting, and financial aspects managing the project costs. His commitment to detail and compliance has been instrumental in his auditing work, contributing to the success and integrity of our business. Rick is an active member of the Young Professionals Network in Sioux Falls and UMACHA, demonstrating his commitment to professional development and community engagement.

In his leisure time, Rick values spending moments with his wife, daughter, friends, and extended family. His interests include traveling to explore museums and zoos, enriching his cultural experiences.

Jake Schueller, Compliance Auditor

Jake resides in Garretson, SD and has been with BCA since 2021. Bringing over ten years of dedicated experience in compliance auditing, including two years specializing as a dedicated HMDA auditor, Jake has a deep understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements. In addition to auditing, he spent two years as a financial institution employee, focusing on overseeing internal audits and implementing compliance measures. 

Outside of professional pursuits, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, golfing, and exploring his passion for cooking.

Danielle Adam, Compliance Auditor

Danielle resides in Billings, MT, and has been immersed in the banking industry since 2002, joining BCA in 2023. Over the past several years, she has navigated various facets of the servicing sector, accumulating extensive expertise in ACH origination/compliance, underwriting home equity and mortgage loans, as well as developing policies and procedures for loan operations. Her career progression led her into internal auditing of loan files and focused on risk management, compliance with third-party vendors, in addition to regulatory auditing. 

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys exploring Montana’s ghost towns with her two children and dog, indulging in movies, cooking, and swimming.
